Information Security Analyst

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
Qualia is seeking an Information Security Analyst. In this role you will help assess and manage the risk associated with our third-party critical partners to a level consistent with Qualia’s risk appetite. You will help communicate the risk assessment results to our internal business stakeholders empowering them to make informed decisions in order to manage the risk in alignment with their business
objectives and risk appetite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Third-Party Risk Program within Qualia which includes security, compliance, and
contractual risks associated with working with third-parties
Support due diligence activities for new third-party onboardings for vendors influencing
purchasing decisions based on predetermined security criteria
Monitor existing third-party relationships/performance to ensure ongoing risk review activities
are completed in a timely manner and according to Qualia’s Third-Party Risk Policy
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
At least 1 year of relevant third-party risk experience
Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO, NIST)
Experience with third party risk systems, including survey techniques, scoring systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with focus on producing reports and
documentation that will be presented to senior management, internal audit, and regulators
NICE TO HAVE
- You have exposure to security and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS) with a solid understanding of how security and privacy risks affect a variety of data, applications, and infrastructure, and how those risks translate to third parties
- You have industry experience work
- Previous experience in FinTech
