BASIC FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for provider data reporting, provider quality/efficiency reporting, inventory reporting, online provider directory reporting, and other data reporting as needed to support regulatory and accreditation requirements and other business needs for all lines of business. Quality assurance and data integrity are foundational elements of this role and support the internal functional areas and other areas of the company to ensure that the department is effectively meeting the needs of providers and customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration OR 4 years' experience.
*2 years' experience in database and mainframe applications to include programming and database downloads.
*Proficient PC skills to include standard office software programs.
*Experience with strong knowledge of Microsoft access or client service development tools.
*Proficiency in basic programming.

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Experience with Network Adequacy software such as Quest Analytics Suite
*Experience with SAS or other coding software
*Experience with Relational Data Bases - e.g. Teradata
