FactSet is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services group to focus on delivering our Core Analytics Solutions to our clients. Our Professional Services Group is a key partner to our clients to support complex changes across their organizations, drive enterprise deployments of FactSet solutions, manage organizational restructures, and implement process improvements. Those in our core analytics team delivers our industry leading analytics suite of products to our clients. These people are problem solvers, have the the agility to deliver solutions across on-platform products and via API, and possess the desire to provide the highest level of client satisfaction in the industry.
Key responsibilities for the role include:

• 3+ years in an implementation-focused role is recommended for this position
• Invest time to become an expert across our analytics suite of products and improve your industry knowledge to ensure you can liaise with client leadership across all levels
• Partner with clients and colleagues to gather business requirements
• Translate requirements into solutions
• Partner with our data integration teams to extract, transform, and load client and third-party data for use in FactSet
• Develop high-quality workflows for our clients that are scalable, supportable, and exceed our clients' expectations
• Communicate progress to clients and provide transparency on progress to your colleagues
• Perform QA checks on your outputs to ensure we provide solutions that are of high quality
• Document solutions to ensure supportability
• Partner with Product Development to ensure that client feedback is integrated into our products where feasible

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing or supporting software platforms, preferably in the Fintech space
• Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities and responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, strong sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership of project work
• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or desire to pursue is a plus

The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut is $77,000 - $121,000.
