About the team
FIS Professional Services is looking for an experienced Implementation Specialist - Business Analyst Senior to join our team. Candidate in this role will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions. The selected candidate will ensure output produced is a high-quality technical deliverable and will also create supporting artifacts.
What you will be doing
• Conducting client interviews to assess business requirements to determine software enhancements and utilization.
• Performing analysis of business and user needs and requirements and translate into proper system functional requirement specifications.
• Documenting business and functional requirements in standard template and explain concepts to technical staff and client
• Facilitate management reviews, including presenting business requirements and results of business analyses, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action per recommended design
• Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
• Training customers on changes, new systems or new procedures.
What you bring
• 7+ years of Retirement Plan industry experience and working knowledge of OmniPlus product solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to audiences of various levels in the organization
• Experience with both agile and waterfall project methodologies and proficiency in MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or the equivalent experience
• Requires excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management in an organized, professional manner

• Omni DBEN or Omni Annuity applications experience
• Creativity and curiosity for solving problems and finding new approaches
