ABOUT THE TEAM:

FIS is looking for an Implementation-Conversion Analyst II in Hoover, AL. As an Implementation-Conversation Analyst II, you will work with an exciting and collaborative team. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do.  There are great opportunities for learning within this group

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will be owning the implementation for the ImageCentre implementation team providing guidance on the implementation scope, deliverables/timelines, consulting with the client on functionality, gathering requirements, configuring the solutions in FIS systems, provide guidance to the client for their configuration, and finally launch the solution with the client.

  • Develops understanding of and defines client products and services through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems must be established to meet client needs.
  • Throughout project, provides expertise to answer questions and guide clients in the use of the system.
  • Acts as resource during implementation and answers questions, troubleshoots problems as they occur, supports implementation of new procedures, conducts last minute training if necessary and provides support during validation. Obtains client sign-off.

  • Ability to understand, apply and explain concepts
  • Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
  • Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
  • Requires high attention to detail
