About the team:
The US Partner Implementations team will assist sales and solutioning in standing up large merchant accounts that have complexity and significant volume. This team will work to manage these complex partners through implementation and ensure alignment across all teams.
What you will be doing:
The Implementation-Conversion Analyst II will manage projects across all rails within FIS. You will be tasked with managing projects to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and streamline processes across rails to ensure a seamless maintenance function our teams and clients.
Additionally, you will partner with leadership to develop the necessary working templates and processes to launch the partner implementations work stream to new sales channels, etc.

  • You will partner with internal stakeholders to identify gaps and develop a path to resolution.
  • You will develop an understanding of, and define, client solutions through information gathering sessions to determine how FIS systems can be improved to meet customer needs
  • Through data analysis, product mapping and interviews, you will gather forms and data files to assess requirements
  • You will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure we have up to date procedures and process maps to enhance our ability to onboard new partners.


What you bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years in the payments or a related industry.
  • A background in project management
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
  • High attention to detail and organization


Added bonus if you have:

  • Experience with SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise Merchant Implementations workstreams
  • Experience in project management and the ability to build out sustainable templates.
  • A history of identifying and driving cost saving initiatives within various Lines of Business
