About the role:
As an Implementation Conversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely with our clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way the world saves for retirement. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports and operational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mapping and system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you will create a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while you teach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.
About the team:
The main responsibility of the position is to coordinate efforts with Prior Record Keepers in support of the onboarding of Retirement Plan Services Clients. These clients represent multi-million-dollar opportunities, and the interactions establish the first impression to the client. The Conversion Analyst II will receive, test, and validate information related to Prior Record Keeper files and client's 401(k) plan. The Analyst will work within a Project Management team coordinating efforts and activities between multiple workstreams and communicating to stakeholders both internal and external.
What you will be doing?

  • Establish test and complete set-up of files from Prior Record Keeper to client (i.e., T. Rowe Price)
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with Prior Record Keeper, plan sponsor and client.
  • Test data files (assets, loans, indicative) provided by Prior Record Keeper and remediate discrepancies with the submitter and client.
  • Work with internal partners to establish automatic services (Enrolment and Increase) and special processes related to the conversion projects.
  • Test and load all plan data using live files furnished through conversion process.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures for post conversion responsibilities are updated.


What you will need:

  • Solid 4+ years of Professional Experience with Conversions
  • Professional experience converting one record keeping to another.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks across multiple projects.
  • Ability to present and lead external client calls.
  • 2+ Years of 401(k) plan knowledge with familiarity of contribution and 402(g) requirements.


Added bonus if you have:

  • Professional Designations such as ASPPA Certifications, PMP
  • Experience with the Omni Plus Retirement Recordkeeping Software
