About the role:
FIS is looking for an Deposits Conversion Analyst to join our implementations team in Dallas, TX. This individual will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, setup the software product to meet their qualifications, and move accounts from one software to another.
What you willbe doing:
This individual will work on our Deposits area converting various applications including: Demand Deposits, Savings, Time Deposits, Individual Retirement Accounts, Account Analysis, and Safe Deposit Box. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with the customer, analyzing information, and working to determine the most accurate way to move the information. This individual works closely with other business analysts and team members to understand and communicate the necessary requirements to meet the customer's needs.

  • Conducting data analysis, product mapping and client interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.
  • Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that show exactly how every field will be converted.


  • Performing tests to ensure new, customized software meets customer specific needs.
  • Coordinating and conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceeding correctly.
  • Training customers on new systems and procedures.


What you will need:

  • 3-5+ years of recent back office banking experience, specifically with a subject matter expertise in Deposits.
  • The ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications and then explain these concepts to customer groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent human relations,negotiationand documentation skills.
  • A bachelor's in business or a related field or the equivalent experience.
