Location: For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.

What you'll get to do

  • Conduct meetings with stakeholders to document and ensure all stated requirements are valid and meet the stakeholders needs
  • Deliver configuration that maximize value for our customers;
  • Regularly communicate the value created by new features to all stakeholders
  • Work closely with other Business Analysts to understand all dependencies and impediments
  • Highly organized, disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently or in close collaboration within an agile development team
  • Participate in the creation and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Ensure traceability between product requirements, delivered configuration and test case verification
  • Exhibit innovation in the development of new and improved methods or approaches to problems
  • Excellent consulting, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Skills and experience we value

  • Bachelor Degree required or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Experience in product management or Software Delivery
  • Experience in HCM
  • Experience writing product requirements and user stories for agile development teams
  • Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database system would be beneficial
  • Experience with Agile / SCRUM product development methodologies
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required.
  • Ability to implement concepts, ideas and plans while functioning in a flexible, constantly changing environment necessary
  • Must be a strong team player as well as an individual contributor
  • Thrives when working in a fast-paced, creative, innovative technology environment with a history of results
