Job Description Key Responsibilities
Risk and Control
- Facilitate timely execution of risk and control processes across CTO groups and resolve/escalate potential issues/delays
- Partner with Cyber and Tech Controls (CTC), Information Security Management (ISM), CTO Risk & Control Leads & Application Owners and other partners on
- Key Risk Indicator (KRI), metrics, issue and break management
- Privileged Access analysis and reporting
- Support for Risk Assessments, issues identification and action plans execution
- Coordination of legacy GAIM application retirement against CTO inventory
Skills Required
- Ability to understand and build relationships across multiple organizations in multiple line of business and locations
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives and sets of stakeholder simultaneously
- Ability to develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets (Pivot tables required, Logical Functions/MS VB preferred)
- Ability to build PowerPoint presentations, including storyboarding and formatting
- Experience in the Technology delivery process and understanding of Agile/SAFe/Product model principles
- Understanding of risk and control processes and industry tools
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact at different levels within the organization
- Rigorously holds oneself and others accountable for achieving high levels of individual and organizational performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure and dynamic environment, to develop strong relationships and manage by influence
Tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
- Experience in leveraging management tools like Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Microsoft SharePoint
