About the job
The Red Hat People (HR) team is looking for a HR Technology Analyst, Talent Management to join our People Experience HR Technology team. In this role, you will focus on defining business requirements, building business cases and key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering an optimized portfolio of technology solutions focused on talent management (performance management, goal setting, check-ins, skills, development plans, etc.). Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
What you will do
  • Be accountable for articulating a vision, defining scope, prioritizing the backlog, establishing goals, and leading technical initiatives to completion in partnership with the Talent Management Center of Excellence to fulfill identified priorities
  • Build and own technical requirements roadmaps and timelines and promote shared accountability for deliverables with People team partners. Like stakeholders,subject matter experts, project managers
  • Be an associate experience champion and define business requirements incorporating technical expertise and opportunities to validate the real value of solutions to associates
  • Partner with IT for managing application support, testing, release processes, and dependencies
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to proactively address issues and support service delivery training, testing, and change management activities

What you will bring
  • 5+ years of experience with implementing enterprise-level talent, career, and workforce management technological solutions like Workday as well as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tools that enable performance and development, skills management, career development, employee engagement and well-being, workforce management, as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion capabilities
  • Experience with deploying complex integrations with talent, career, and workforce management systems for the purpose of scaling across the company
  • Experience with proactive consulting and implementing HR capabilities and tools
  • Ability to influence and manage cross-functional work streams in order to carry out projects with quality and on-time
  • Relationship building skills at senior levels and ability to steer decision-making through a consensus-building approach
  • Experience implementing systems using the project management methodology
  • Experience with or knowledge of Workday Talent, Performance, and Careers implementation and operation is a big plus
  • Experience in consulting with internal stakeholders on requirement gathering, business process blueprint design and strategic thinking in areas like enterprise-level talent, performance, and development, career development, employee engagement and well-being, workforce management as well as diversity, equity, and inclusion capabilities is a plus
