We are hiring a Growth Engagement Manager out of our Charlotte office to support one of our newest products, Credit Karma Money. The CK Money team is a fundamental and strategic piece of achieving the Credit Karma vision of being a full scale financial platform for our members to make financial progress. We're growing, and you will be an essential part of accelerating that growth. You will create highly personalized messages and product experiences that touch millions of members every day across multiple channels (including email, push notification and in-app).

Additionally, you will learn from best-in-class growth marketers, and continue to build a strong foundation for your career.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee engagement initiatives from inception to launch across multiple channels, including email, push and in-app
  • Use data to identify opportunities to engage with members and to define segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Copy, Design and Brand to transform your ideas into compelling and personalized messages and product experiences
  • Design and implement A/B tests to optimize each and every component of messages prior to launch

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in growth marketing/data-driven field
  • 4+ years of experience with powerpoint drafting presentations for various audience levels
  • 4+ years of experience driving engagement and lifecycle initiatives within a B2C environment

What we would like to see:

  • Technical degree preferred (Economics, Statistics, Math, etc.) or Marketing degree with demonstrated technical skills
  • Track record in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and considerable autonomy
  • Understanding of email technologies and best practices who has created compelling campaign series
  • Experience reporting to executives
  • Experience in a consumer based technology company and fintech experience.
