Job Description: Provide programmatic, technical, and analytical support to the Missile Defense Agency test team. Individual will support testing through all phases of its life cycle. Travel may be required.

Position Overview: This position requires a highly motivated intermediate to senior analyst to be part of a team of dedicated professionals in support of the Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL. Candidate will serve as the GMT-G test lead for GMD Ground and Cyber Test. Candidate is responsible for providing test oversight for GMD Ground and cyber test while supporting the transition to GMD Futures Acquisition contracts.

Requirements:

• Supports the Ground Test Division Chief (GMT-G) by developing, reviewing, and coordinating responses/inputs to numerous MDA and GM Program Office-generated Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers covering a wide range of internal and external topics.
• Develops, integrates/updates, coordinates, and distributes various monthly and weekly status report products used by the GMT-G Division Chief which includes but not limited to: weekly GMT Leadership Staff Call charts; GMT Weekly Inputs for the GM Weekly Activity Report to the MDA Program Executive for Programs and Integration (MDA/DP); GMT Weekly Situation Report to the MDA Director for Test (MDA/DT); and, the GMT End of Week Situation Report to the GMT Director and GMT Deputy Director.
• Ability to support GMD Futures Acquisition Contractors on-boarding, training, and issue resolution.
• Possess knowledge, skills, and abilities in the testing field
• Ability to utilize, adapt, and develop analytical techniques and processes for technical and administrative support activities
• Capable of working independently and as a team member to assist with solving complex problems involving test planning, integration, execution, analysis and reporting
• Ability to establish priorities and manage planning and readiness activities of the Missile Defense System (MDS) test events IAW approved Test CONOPS
• Supports the ground test Division Chief to assign, coordinate, track and report action item status and tasking across the division. Work closely with team to provide accurate reporting of test activities and operations to the GM Test Director.

Experience Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, desired

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 7 years relevant experience is required.
• Three years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement.
• Secret Clearance or ability to obtain Secret Clearance
