We are searching for a GreenLake Ecosystem Scale - Data Analyst Lead to join our team!

How You'll Make Your Mark:

The GreenLake Ecosystem Scale Data Analyst will lead the foundational reporting efforts. Serving as a key change-agent, will work across the various partner type teams, GEOs, and support forecast and planning efforts.

Responsibilities• Lead the foundational GL Ecosystem business performance reporting. • Establish metrics required to measure business performance and develop process for identifying and addressing performance gaps.• Design and develop reporting to track performance against OKRs, in alignment with WW/GEO Governance process for Ecosystem Scale.• Establish and maintain reporting cadence within Ecosystem Scale Team and Report out to GreenLake stakeholders and GEOs. • Point contact for analysis of projected versus actual performance in cadence with Run-the-Business activities.• Engage with WW GreenLake BI Operations Teams to design and develop on-going evolution of reporting measures across Ecosystem Scale for Order Performance and where needed Partner Programs Performance.• Key to work independently and may need to coach others on model development

About You:

Education and Experience
Extensive experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills• Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills.• Ability to leverage new analytical techniques to develop creative approaches to business analysis.• Extensive knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling.• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Very strong project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives.• Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting.• Developed leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.• Ability to identify emerging trends from market and industry data.
