Apple Pay is the leading mobile payments platform for in-store and online payments launched by Apple six years ago. This rapidly growing platform is available across 60 markets while rapidly growing into transit, access, identity and loyalty solutions.

We are seeking a Global Operations Analyst to support operational work streams related to launching and sustaining Apple Wallet programs globally with our partners. The team needs a thoughtful, self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Bonus points for basic program management skills.

This full-time role is located in Raleigh, NC or Austin, TX.

Key Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
Validated experience coordinating partner communications with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
Able to operate autonomously and push through ambiguity to drill down to actions and solutions
We are looking for high level of integrity, passion in providing this vital service to the platform and sense of urgency to "make things happen".

Description
-Support global work streams with internal and external partners in support of payment ecosystem partners.
-Engage with cross-functional teams (ie: Business Development, Marketing, Field Design, Server & E2E, AppleCare, Finance, Analytics & Reporting, etc.) to transition and support key activities.
-Work side by side with payment ecosystem partners to investigate and resolve escalated issues.
-Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership and customer/partner-focused approach.
-Synthesize complex issues into a clear story assessing operational opportunities.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or 5 years equivalent experience desirable, preferably in payment card operations.
