We are looking for a Global HSSE Reporting & Assurance Analyst to support the Global HSSE Centre of Excellence Lead for our Corporate Solutions Business

Role Purpose

As a part of the CS Global HSSE Centre of Excellence team, the successful candidate will be accountable for assurance & reporting of Corporate Solutions HSSE global, regional & local data as part of an effective Global CS HSSE platform.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have:

• effectively supported regular performance reports to the Global HSSE Leadership
• monitored and appraised an effective HSSE assurance program
• ensured appropriate and efficient escalation processes for accident & incidents.
• supported Global and Regional HSSE teams with accident and incident investigations, providing root cause analysis tools and ensuring lessons learned are collated and cascaded to minimize future risk.

The Global HSSE Reporting & Assurance Analyst will provide support to the CS HSSE CoE Lead and Regional and Global HSSE leader in achieving consistent and standardized reporting and assurance. The role reports directly to the Corporate Solutions Global HSSE Centre of Excellence Lead. The Global HSSE Reporting & Assurance Analyst will also work closely with Centre of Excellence colleagues as well as Regional HSSE Leads and Operations Team SME's to ensure effective reporting and assurance is embedded in day-to-day operations.

The key objectives of the role:

• Monitor, appraise and report on the Global CS HSSE assurance program
• Verify effective governance mechanisms are embedded (3 lines of defense)
• Manage data governance to ensure accuracy, security & continuity of information.
• Monitoring, analysis & of management data to identify opportunities for improvement, areas of success and predict where resources should be most effectively allocated.
• Provision of regular performance reports to the Global HSSE Lead and Global HSSE Leadership Team against agreed KPIs and operational risk metrics.

This is an exciting role for the right candidate that can bring together, an eye for detail, in verifying the assurance function, using their technical experience together with collaboration with the wider HSSE team to both identify and deliver meaningful reporting that meets JLL Objectives. This role has visibility to senior levels within the firm therefore the ability to communicate effectively in both written and in person is critical.

• Dynamic data analytics skills with an eye for detail, the ability to solution complex data reporting requirements and translate data into meaningful actions.
• A flexible, agile approach to problem-solving and the ability to simplify the complex.
• First-hand experience of accident investigation, in depth root cause analysis and development of lessons learned.
• An excellent understanding of how to develop HSSE reporting to demonstrate and drive continual improvement.
• Effective communication skills to appropriately inform the business on the HSSE across all levels of the organization.
