Job Title: Global Analytics, BI Manager

Reports to: Director, Global Analytics Delivery

Direct Reports: Business Analyst, Visualization Specialist

What you will do

The primary purpose of this role to plan, coordinate, and supervise all activities related to the process flow of prioritization, design, development, and implementation of reporting and analytics. This role will perform assessments and risk analysis to identify problems with current company processes to achieve the primary goal of increasing efficiency and profitability. This role will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of best practices to guide his/her development team on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of information and reports.

How you will do it

  • Manage the design, delivery and maintenance of the business intelligence delivery program that will support global reporting priorities
  • Partner with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document requirements, understand business priorities, and identify strategic initiatives, to enable the development of effective and timely operational dashboards and analytic solutions
  • Management of intake process and resource allocation to most effectively utilize resources to meet customer demand.
  • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration and processes
  • Hiring and training new positions for your department and ensuring your staff productivity remains high.



What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of professional relevant experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience of supervisory duties



Preferred

  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Document functional or data conversion requirements
  • Manufacturing company experience
  • SQL coding
  • Power BI or Tableau data visualization building experience
