The work:

You will align the work of the operations delivery team to support client goals, meeting performance metrics and delivery requirements.

Effectively establish and sustain client, Accenture cross team, and subcontractor relationships. Develop and tune complex SQL queries to produce reporting requested by client. Manage ongoing delivery of operations activities including analysis of system data, business volumes, and ad hoc reporting requests. Provide expertise for functional areas, utilizing operations tools and processes to support research and reporting, as assigned. Report weekly status updates and escalate issues as appropriate. Work within the established operations framework including supporting improvements to documented process flows, RACI matrix, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), metric and business reporting, and governance. Understand the legal and contractual obligations, SLAs, and OLAs required of Accenture and our subcontractors and ensure the applications are operating in accordance with agreed scope. Develop functional expertise and participate across the software development lifecycle.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Requires at least 3 years of professional work experience working with clients to understand and translate defined business needs into requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills and judgment to make effective decisions, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be key to success.
  • Expertise researching custom queries to develop, translate, document, extract and report data based on specific requirements set by the client.
  • Knowledge of one or more planning tools such as Jira, Visual Studio, Excel, and PowerPoint.



As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $101,900 to $140,799 and information on benefits offered is here: https://www.accenture.com/us-en/careers/local/total-rewards
