The AFS Global Mobility Services (GMS) Senior Analyst will provide support and analysis for the delivery of Mobility services to Accenture Federal Employees. The GMS Analyst will identify, understand, and effectively manage milestones and dependencies across multiple stakeholders and will also provide HR Operations support to the HR Center of Excellence team.

Global Mobility Services:

  • Develop knowledge of AFS GMS Program and processes
  • Maintain accurate roster of covered employees and make updates as changes occur
  • Coordinate and send regular employee communications
  • Monitor Mobility shared mailbox and work with lead to develop and send responses to employee questions
  • Partner with various teams across AFS and external vendors to ensure employees are supported for their Mobility needs and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Provide Mobility information to employees
  • Request/pull/upload and manipulate employee data on a routine basis in support of Mobility processes
  • Update and maintain GMS processes & procedures
  • Maintain GMS reference materials and process documentation on internal AFS websites
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure GMS activities meet schedule and quality commitments
  • Track, measure, and report costs, performance issues, and risks
  • Support management reporting processes and metrics



HR Operations:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Support preparation of Mobility budget, metrics, and materials for management business review meetings
  • Support other initiatives and tasks managed by HR Center of Excellence team as needed
  • Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests



Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of HR, project management, or business analyst experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills to report standard and ad hoc metrics and reporting
  • Requires analysis, interpreting data, and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Able to identify, understand, and effectively manage milestones and dependencies
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between tasks, adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and ask questions as appropriate
  • Ability to communicate effectively to employees and managers at all levels
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated team by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve team goals



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and data mining with Excel and other software
  • Experience with process and procedures development and documentation
  • Experience preferred in any of the following areas: PMO, Project Accounting, Client Financial Management, Contract Management
  • Familiarity with dashboard creation using Power BI or similar data visualization tools
  • SharePoint and ServiceNow
  • Experience in the following: financial reporting, compliance, time reporting, issue, and risk tracking



As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $56,600 - $83,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
