You are:

TheBusiness Operations Analyst will provide onsite support of the program with personnel onboarding coordination and operational support of multiple program workflows.

The work:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Personnel onboarding at all customer sites internal and client processes
• Coordination management of workflow training for all customer sites
• Schedule creation and management
• Direct escalate personnel concerns to program leadership
• Prepare client deliverables for program leadership Daily Status, Weekly Status, QA, etc
• Create update maintain program documentation
• Track manage customer facility accesses and equipment inventory
• Train in certain Center Field workflow s as required to understand program background and provide surge support as needed
