Headline: Executive Director, AI/ML Platform Management Team Lead. This role will be a part of the Analytics, Intelligence/Machine Learning, Digital Analytics & Visualization Organization within Analytics, Intelligence and Data Technology (AIDT) in Wealth Management Technology, and report directly to the Head of Analytics, Intelligence/Machine Learning, Digital Analytics & Visualization.

Department Profile: Analytics, Intelligence and Data Technology (AIDT) is a horizontal, dynamic and fast-paced area within the Firm's WM Technology Division. We are integral to all the strategic initiatives within Wealth Management, including key integration efforts with E*TRADE and Shareworks, driving Net New Assets into the Firm, journey to the public cloud and bleeding edge MarTech initiatives. The AI/ML Digital Analytics & Viz team is responsible for the data platforms that enhance Financial Advisor and Client engagement experience with improved scoring as well as the modeling and

algorithms which drive NBA (Next Best Action) and facilitates business network security and fraud protection.

Role Profile: The role is an Executive Director position within the AI/ML Digital Analytics & Viz team in New York, USA, with the focus on designing and implementing solutions for enabling and advancing our Analytics & Data journey from on-premise to the public cloud. Leading a team located in US and India, this leader also partners with business and technology leaders across Wealth Management in areas of cloud strategy, planning, solution development and integration, data migration & transformation, infrastructure and platform management services.

Responsibilities:
• Build, migrate and test Analytics Data on Snowflake with Azure Cloud Platform environment and integrations with on-premise data sources and application
• Lead and work with various teams in architecture reviews, designs of complex IAAS, PaaS and SaaS, and on-premise data ingest, governance, storage, management services and analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with WM-Technology partners to define the Azure/Snowflake standards, management, monitoring and support practices.
• Thought leadership to drive transformations leveraging emerging technologies and processes, data & systems migrations.
• Lead on technology projects and ensure adherence to Agile and DevOps methodologies and practice
• Lead develop and mentor team members.
• Stakeholder engagement to effectively maintain alignment across enterprise and multi-cloud strategies at-play within Morgan Stanley

Qualifications:

Qualification
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems or related discipline
• 10 or more years' experience with Cloud platform implementations, migrations, upgrade
• Experience working with Azure cloud environment and large-scale migrations to Azure
• Ability to design secure, scalable cloud ecosystems to support data warehousing, data lake, data pipeline & integration, analytics, machine learning and data visualization
• Additional technical experience: DataIKU, Spark, Python, Databrick
• Experience leading an Agile organization and effectively maintaining alignment of business & technology prioritie
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and negotiations skill
• Vendor selection, negotiation and management
• Azure certification
