Role Description
We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Business Partner to provide dedicated support to the VP, Growth & Data. You will have complete ownership of his calendars & expenses, will assist with strategic planning, and oversee operational planning. You will be the go-to resource for the team on processes and procedures and should help to escalate urgent matters, all while keeping a good pulse on the organization’s health and morale. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex individual and team calendars in a fast-evolving environment
- Plan and execute meetings, off-sites and team events
- Own various group-wide meetings, managing agendas and tracking outcomes
- Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of your lead; help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
- Manage a cycle of strategic planning, goal setting, and progress tracking
- Prepare monthly expenses and help manage T&E budgets
- Be involved in high priority project work, dependent on organizational needs
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an administrative support role with startup and/or experience in a hyper-growth organization (preferred)
- Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
- Expertise in juggling multiple projects and priorities at once
- Skilled in moving quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
- Proven track record of consistently going above and beyond
- Ability to take action without being asked, while also understanding when it is necessary to get guidance
- Ability to work in a highly confidential environment with integrity
- Receptive to and encouraging of receiving constructive feedback
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Google email/calendar/doc/slide skills
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
- Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
- Passion for Dropbox and for helping your leads and their teams as they scale
