Job Description Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to CCBSI Client Engagement and Events team through the lifecycle of a broad range of events, including assistance with event-specific databases, event collateral, delegate management, etc.
  • Assist Head of CCBSI Engagement and Events with special projects, including building reports to track event performance
  • Assist with initial event-related research during the concepting phase of an event. Research would include, but is not limited to: venues, speakers, lodging, etc.
  • Assist with event data management including attendee details, post-event attendance metrics, and ensuring information captured in Salesforce is accurate
  • Understand and apply complex internal processes and controls to adhere with company policies and industry regulations
  • Work with creative and design teams to deliver projects in line with event time frames
  • Execute quality output under tight deadlines
  • Provide budget support on aligned programs ensuring attention to clean data
  • Provide event on-site support as needed
  • Partner with Event Production partners for best-in-class execution
  • Assist in various national and ad hoc projects and events


Desired Skills:

  • A minimum of one to three years' experience in events, marketing or a related field, preferably with a financial firm
  • Superior oral and written communication and analytical skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative in this role
  • Proactive, self-sufficient, resourceful and motivated
  • Highly motivated, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and creative with required determination to achieve results through initiative and common sense
  • Ability to problem solve/think independently
  • Comfortable with, and an advocate for, ongoing change
  • Strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables
  • Willingness to be a team player and consistently interact with peers, partners, management, relationship managers and clients
  • Must be able to tackle any task and exemplify a positive attitude and commitment to success
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment with dynamic priorities
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
