Job Overview
TE Connectivity's GAS Account-to-Report team is part of TEIS (TE Information Solutions) and has global responsibility for TE's Finance, Tax and Treasury application solutions. We are looking to recruit a SAP analyst with business knowledge and experience in SAP ECC Financial Accounting. Knowledge in areas of banking and treasury is a plus. The new team member will play a key role in designing and implementing Treasury and risk management solutions on TE's SAP ECC and S4 platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement, enhance, support and test the applications used in support of the global SAP Treasury and banking functions.
- Active involvement to develop and enhance a new global SAP S4 Treasury Template to be used in roll-outs over the next 3-5 years, template to include Treasury, Banking processes, data standard and governance rules
- Participate in SAP implementation projects, focusing primarily on the Finance, banking and Treasury areas and the integration points with other business functions like AP, AR, Purchasing, sales, ISC, external business partners
- Prepare and execute master data and transactional data migration activities
- Meet with customers to understand and document business requirements, Identify, evaluate and implement opportunities to improve systems and procedures. Design, document and implement the proposed solution in agreement with customers
- Identify gaps, prepare development specifications, work with technical experts to design and test new programs or changes to existing programs
- Provide training as required to business and project teams
- Serve as a project lead on SAP projects as required
- Work closely with all levels of staff within the Treasury, Finance shared service and Business Unit (BU) organizations.
- Work with the external AMS provider to continuously improve the service for TE's SAP ECC platforms as well as the future S4 system
What your background should look like:
Competencies & Experience Required/Desired:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information systems, Business Administration with focus on Finance or a related course
- 2 plus years of SAP experience in SAP ECC Finance; exposure to SAP treasury or banking processes is a plus
- SAP S4 experience including Fiori is a plus
- Ability to work independently to achieve objectives while working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to interact with various levels of staff and management
- Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Project management skills is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to understand and investigate issues, solutions as a business process and in SAP
- Experience in training users
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to travel

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $67100 - 100,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
