Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for managing environment configuration, environment governance, and continuous improvements; maintaining environment maps as they relate to the Release Plan; owning capacity and performance management as it relates to the environments; configuring and automating dev and test environment, deployment, and automation; and performing environment monitoring, reporting, governance and continuous improvement.
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
*Experience or knowledge of application development platforms and/or languages(HTML/CSS/Java).
*Experience or knowledge in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
*Experience or knowledge in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration process and tools (Bamboo, jenkins, RallyDev, Jira).
*Experience or knowledge with cloud-native, GUI & non-GUI software components to support products.
*Experience or knowledge in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
*Knowledge of solution architecture.
*Ability to work in fast paced environment with concurrent projects.
*Ability to tie together solutions across systems.
*Application domain knowledge.
*Program and/or project management.
*Experience working on process improvements with enterprise-wide impact.
*Knowledge of insurance and industry terminology.
*Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical information with project teams.
*Demonstrated experience in business process design.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
*Knowledge or experience of Claims processing and Components.
*Demonstrated technical leadership.
*Professional exposure to the healthcare or insurance industries.
*Knowledge or experience of Mulesoft
