How You’ll Support Our Mission
ESO is seeking a skilled Enterprise Revenue Systems Analyst to join our team. The Enterprise Revenue Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure efficient and effective business processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements, develop solutions, and drive system enhancements. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configurations.
The reporting line for this role is to the Director of Enterprise Revenue Systems. While candidates located in Des Moines, Iowa are preferred, we are open to considering remote candidates who demonstrate exceptional qualifications and suitability for the position.
What You’ll Be Doing - The Day to Day
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce processes and functionalities.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose optimized solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Configure and customize Salesforce, including but not limited to workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows, and reports and dashboards.
- Perform data analysis and data cleansing activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce.
- Monitor and maintain data quality and cleanliness, identify, and resolve data inconsistencies and duplicates.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and new features, assess their applicability and potential benefits to the organization.
- Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to implement system changes and enhancements.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and data protection regulations.
- Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and workflows, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Participate in projects related to Salesforce integrations with other systems or platforms.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce processes and functionality, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Who You Are - The Essentials
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Salesforce Technical Business Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Experience with data management and data cleansing activities within Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and customer support processes and how they can be implemented and optimized in Salesforce.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and commitment to data integrity.
Who You Are - The Desirables (It’s a plus if you have):
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
- Additional Salesforce certifications (such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are advantageous.
