In IQVIA's Analytics Center of Excellence, we build software products and provide expert consulting services. Some of our customers plan, implement, and recruit patients for clinical trials - which are used to test whether new medicines, vaccines, and techniques are effective and safe. Other customers are searching for new ways to use existing medicines or treatments - which can make outcomes available to patients faster than developing new treatments from scratch. Our products and services help our customers do these things faster and more effectively, including using Machine Learning technologies to find things that a human analyst might not see. ACOE is a dynamic, diverse, global organization within a large enterprise. We are seeking talented individuals who have experience working with large data sets with capabilities in the following areas (but not limited to) - data quality, data governance, data integrity, and data testing. In this new and exciting data-focused position, you will have the opportunity to help shape the role by bringing your expertise, experience, and knowledge to the table.

Responsibilities: • Serve as point of contact for data related deliverables and issues• Work across multiple agile product teams that use a variety of different data sources• Ensure open communication and establish relationships between ACOE product teams and data providers and vendors• Actively work on any data related issues and follow-up in a timely manner• Look for opportunities for improvements in process, testing, and tooling; help influence and drive innovation• Provide insight in developing, revising, and maintaining core operating procedures and best practices around data operations• Verify data meets business specifications, checking for accuracy and completeness• Conduct in-depth data review of recurring issues and exceptions and propose resolutions• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed• Explore new Data Cloud technologies and promote ROI benefit• May also include involvement in Machine Leaning Operations (ML-Ops) type projects

Experience: • Strong analytical and organizational skills• Hands-on experience in data analysis• Independent self-starter capable of taking ownership• Strong focus and communication skills• Ability to work in a cross-team agile environment• Scripting and automation experience is a plus• Healthcare and HIPAA experience is a plus
