Joining Collibra’s Sales Enablement team:

Joining Collibra’s Sales & Customer Success Enablement team, the Enablement Metrics & Analytics Senior Manager will be key to the success, growth and scale of Collibra, and to the success and satisfaction of our customers. Our position in the Data Intelligence industry, where we help enterprise customers become united by data to solve business challenges, requires a highly effective and skilled Sales and Customer Success organization. The Metrics & Analytics Manager will ensure our enablement programs are driving business changes that support corporate objectives.

The Metrics & Analytics Senior Manager will provide reliable reports and dashboards to be used for decision-making, measuring success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.  This will include developing reports that combine training participation with sales results, job retention, and role-based competencies.  This position will also be responsible for crafting survey questions designed to measure program impact and lead to actionable feedback. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality and data accuracy, and experience delivering results in a fast-paced, technical selling environment. This position has the possibility to evolve into a people manager position in the next year.

Metrics & Analytics Senior Manager is responsible for:

  • Own the strategy, design and delivery of producing accurate and standardized reporting to communicate enablement programs’ impact on the productivity of sales and customer success 
  • Designing surveys that provide actionable insights
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and on-demand reporting for enablement initiatives and foundational programs
  • Building trust with management, leaders and individuals as an extended part of their organization
  • Enable the stakeholder-facing enablement leaders to competently and confidently use metrics and analytics presentation that summarize reporting results, which are easy to understand and visually appealing

You Have:

  • Multi-year experience in sales enablement analytics with a proven track record of success and influence 
  • Demonstrated proficiency at consolidating data from numerous sources to create presentations for all levels of management and other stakeholders
  • Significant experience working with Excel and other tools related to queries and data management, experience delivering self-services analytics using Tableau and other BI tools 
  • Ability to deliver data-driven messages to management via email, presentations, or meetings
  • Strong analytical problem solving, priority setting, facilitation, communication and collaboration skills

Reporting to Collibra’s Director, Sales Enablement, Metrics & Analytics Senior Manager’s measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will become familiar with the current enablement programs, as well as meet with the Enablement Business Partners and the Sales Operations team to begin to design a holistic approach to enablement metrics and analytics
  • Within your third month, you will provide quarterly dashboards measuring the impact of enablement programs, as well as weekly/bi-weekly enablement reports sharing training completion stats by role
  • Within your sixth month, you will have developed and deployed a comprehensive metrics and analytics strategy, which includes consistent survey design, reporting and communications, and sharing actionable outputs and recommendations
