EIM Business Analyst II
Overview
We are looking for highly analytical candidates skilled in healthcare administration as they are in business management. Healthcare Business Analyst understands the business needs and how to use data to improve systems and processes. Their duties include researching business processes, making reports with recommendations to the company's management, and analyzing the potential impact of their recommendations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, mathematics, statistics, healthcare administration, or related field, required. Master's degree advantageous, preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of business intelligence experience, required. 2 to 4 years of project planning experience, required. Experience with data visualization tools, required.
- Additional skills required:
- Proficiency to Intermediate experience with database programming languages such as SQL.
- Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
