eCommerce Analyst - eServices
Summary:
The eService Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting our eService solutions by:
- Performing activities for a business support function that includes analyzing, maintaining, and monitoring data in relation to complex data that will assist management in making business decisions.
- Providing analysis regarding strategies, policies and procedures.
- Assisting with design, integration and programming of systems.
- Providing ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested.
- Demonstrating specialized knowledge of specific work processes or areas.
- Providing analytical work to the assigned area.
- Demonstrating advanced knowledge of a specific field, and applying this knowledge to look in-depth at information pertaining to the area.
- Managing, organizing, and analyzing data or other information.
- Acting as a resource in providing information to others in the implementation of solutions.
- Applying fundamental concepts, practices and procedures to analytical work.
- This position requires some evaluation, originality or ingenuity. The employee is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
The Opportunity:
- Data analysis to identify potential eService customers.
- Develop strategies to grow eService utilization.
- Establish strong partnerships to enhance eService utilization.
- Customer education, influencing, consulting on eService.
- Coordinate/facilitate eService on-boarding in systems.
- Develop and maintain eService Acct Support (rules, changes, etc.).
- Develop strategies to manage/reduce workflow.
- Maintain order intelligence rules - master data.
- Maintain cross-reference tables for acct mappings.
- Manage locks/blocks.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field OR at least 5 years related experience.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated sound judgment and decision making.
- Comprehensive experience analyzing and solving business situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated business administration and process knowledge including impact and affect on business performance.
- Comprehensive computer skills including advanced MS Excel utilization.
- Previous project management experience needed.
