Job Description:
The Commerce Planning team coordinates asset delivery to enable our client direct digital sales around the world. As the Commerce Planning Analyst, you will analyze the data used to initiate, track and execute asset production workflows. This role also includes a customer service component to interpret the data for our internal partners, including status updates, summary reports and helping to prioritize upcoming product launches. The aim and ultimate impact of this role is to ensure that all the elements required to launch client products come together on time.
Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain report forms and formats, dashboards, canned reports, and other end-user resources
• Monitor and provide insights at daily, weekly, seasonal, and ad hoc cadences
• Communicate updates via written reports, presentations, and meet with key stakeholders
• Integrate data from multiple sources
• Gather production requirements and specifications for reports based on business requests

Required Knowledge:

• Excel - Advanced
• SQL - select queries
• Tableau or similar data visualization tool
• Relational Database Structure
