Provide world-class processes, data governance, solutions, and actionable insights to the internal and external supply chain & procurement partners via frictionless systems and analytics that enable a market-leading mission-critical supply chain ecosystem.
Your Opportunity
Sitting in the Supply Chain & Procurement business organization as the Digitalization and Analytics Director, you will be the Global Strategic Partner for the Business & IT organizations. You will be accountable to collaborate with the IT organization and translate the strategy into an executable multi-year IT system transformation program. You will also be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of descriptive and predictive analytics for Supply Chain and Procurement.

Job Description
The Director of Digitalization and Analytics for the Supply Chain & Procurement organization is accountable to partner with the Business and IT organizations for delivering world-class processes and solutions. This role, though highly technical requiring IT background/experience, is within the business organization. The leader in this role has the opportunity to develop and execute the vision of end-to-end digitalization of Supply Chain and Procurement processes. That provides huge opportunities to constantly analyze the end-to-end architecture of the processes, systems and create a solution roadmap to drive the mission-critical supply chain digital strategy. No leader stands alone, and this role also involves close collaboration with the business operations leaders and peers to deliver on breakthrough ideas across the organization.
Scope of Responsibilities / Expectations
Build relationships and understand the regions business partners needs.
Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation leaders to determine opportunities where processes and solutions can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value.
Develop a center of excellence for Supply Chain and Procurement processes and solutions that brings passion and excellence to our work product.
Create and maintain strategic roadmaps that are aligned to the Organization’s revenue, cost, cash, and customer goals.
Work with the IT partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain and procurement functions.
Strategically look for ways to improve leverage and drive the value of the systems and tools.
Drive initiatives to bring emerging technologies to solve business problems.
Lifetime student, constantly learning about emerging technologies to bring innovative thinking into what we do and how we do it.
Manage a project portfolio.
A leader comfortable in dealing with ambiguity, and an extensive network of stakeholders.
Foster the Agile and nimble culture to improve customer satisfaction through rapid, continuous delivery.
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Preferred emphasis in relevant Technology, or Engineering specialty.
10+ years of IT experience and seeking 5+ years of experience with Oracle ERP modules.
Strong team leader and who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels.
Business-minded, keeping a “business first” approach to everything we do.
Experience managing large programs and budgets.
Experience managing and building empowered high-functioning teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly breakdown and translate the technical jargon into executive-worthy communication.
Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed, and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners.
