  • Drive alignment and understanding across the company on our value proposition methodology and the impact that has on internal KPIs and client reporting.
  • Support data fluency throughout the organization through standardized measurement techniques, compelling business insights, proactively sharing your knowledge of the data with others by means authentic to you and developing and maintaining data documentation for your work and underlying data sources.

What you bring:

  • Deep expertise with healthcare data and experience with healthcare cost/savings modeling
  • Expert data communicator, particularly to non-scientific audiences
  • Ability to proactively identify the data analytics and value reporting needs of the organization and build towards future solutions
  • Applied healthcare actuary, health economics, and/or health program outcomes evaluation and research experience
  • Ability to autonomously design scalable reporting solutions with input from the Clinical and Commercial Org, and leadership in the organization
  • Ability and willingness to learn/develop new data source identification/acquisition, data collection techniques and data analysis tools as needed
  • One or more degrees in actuarial science, economics, business, engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative fields
  • 5+ years work experience in various analytical roles (such as healthcare consulting, business intelligence, actuarial science, etc)
  • Experience coaching and mentoring while working cross-functionally with other departments
