Director of Customer Analytics
Summary
The Director of Customer Analytics will be responsible for developing and driving customer analytics strategies and roadmap to support the organization's goals focused on generating customer value and driving revenue growth. The role will lead our RevMax Plus program and collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external customers to identify and leverage opportunities to monetizing analytics through increased product performance and better sales execution. This position requires a deep understanding of data analytics, ability to drive deep understanding of customers through data and ability to translate data into actionable business insights and results.
What You'll Do

  • Define the strategy and roadmap for the customer analytics team
  • Lead the design, development and implementation of advanced analytics insights and solutions that generate customer value and growth
  • Deliver actionable insights based on quantitative analysis in line with industry best practices
  • Provides the strategic leadership, collaborative coordination, and creative problem solving to mentor and manage a successful team
  • Develop and lead analytics on building deep understanding of customers, including customer segmentation, cohort behavior and churn
  • Lead and further develop our RevMax Plus program, including additional analytics to optimize product performance and metrics to measure program effectiveness
  • Develop standardized reporting and analytics
  • Lead team in the utilization and optimization of data analysis


What We're Looking For

  • BA / BS
  • 4+ years leading an analytics function
  • 5+ years of experience with analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and customer analysis
  • Outstanding oral, written and communication skills with the ability to present to small and large groups including Global Executives and deal with unexpected questions and challenges while presenting
  • Excellent and proven project management skills
  • Proficiency with BI reporting & Tableau (in addition to other similar programs and platforms)
  • Strong technical skills, including database tools and programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
  • Meets challenges consistently and confidently with energy and drive. Motivated by results, urgency, and personal commitment
  • Possesses high integrity and exceptional work ethic. Fosters mutual trust and respect, and is an excellent team player
  • Able to work effectively in a highly complex matrix environment, with a proven ability to influence without formal authority and achieve results through people
  • Understands the link between excellence in data acquisition/warehousing/insights, and how to leverage this as a competitive advantage in the marketplace
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
