Job Summary:
Digital Analytics is tasked with analyzing the bank's extensive portfolio of digital products to provide actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience in order to build long term, profitable customer relationships. This managerial role will lead a small, agile and highly visible team focused on answering large strategic questions regarding the entirety of Chase's Digital platform. Your team will use their expertise in digital data to inform business cases, define KPIs, forecast growth, and provide insights that directly influence executive decisions. You will be responsible for delivering against the Digital Analytics agenda and building relationships with partners across the firm including Digital Management, Product Management, Marketing, Customer Experience Design, various LOBs, Risk, Compliance, and Controls. You will use data visualization and deep analytical understanding to drive conversations with your partners.
Responsibilities include:

  • Directly manage a team of analysts to produce thoughtful analysis, data visualization and storytelling around the usage and growth of Chase's Digital platform, features and services.
  • Lead conversations with and provide consultative support to the Head of Product Strategy, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Digital.
  • Structure analysis to enable strategic decisions, set targets, and identify opportunities regarding various Digital initiatives.
  • Focus and prioritize the analytics agenda to align with overall strategy and business value.
  • Collaborate within Digital Analytics to enhance the quality and value of team deliverables.
  • Coach team members and enable talent development within the Digital Analytics organization.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences, digital products/usage preferred.
  • Proven history of leadership as a strategic thinker who can deliver analytics and insights to improve business decisions and customer experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to define business KPIs and establish measurement frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented thinker with the ability to approach ambiguous questions in a structured and clear way.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business partners, and technical resources in analytics and data management.
  • Strong PowerPoint and slide-writing skills to deliver analytical insights.
  • Hands on experience with SQL preferred. Previous experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics a plus. Knowledge of big data environments (i.e. Hadoop, Teradata) a plus.
