JOB DUTIES: Responsible for designing, testing, and analyzing digital data and contributing to energy company's digital marketing strategy using web tools such as Adobe Analytics, Test & Target, Foresee, SDL Tridion, SAP, and Google 360. Specific duties include: (1) delivering insights, managing and supporting optimization efforts, and analyzing sites for improved analytics capture, design opportunities, and actionable recommendations; (2) working with internal clients to establish KPIs and related metrics for new and existing products/campaigns, site enhancements/redesign/traffic, testing designed solution, and providing continuous evaluation of implementation through analytics data analysis and correlation of data sets and behaviors captured across different tool sets; (3) collaborating with content and UX/CX strategists, marketing, stakeholders, and IT development teams to optimize efficacy of messaging, branding and digital communications; (4) working with marketing managers to support web strategies, campaign tracking performance, tracking, and implementation; (5) performing quantitative and qualitative detailed analysis of marketing, acquisition, and retention performance using SAP, Oracle, MySQL and/or other specialized tools; (6) administering, configuring, and maintaining Adobe Analytics, GA360, Adobe Launch, Adobe Test and Target, design documents, and implementation best practices; and (7) working with media agencies to meet marketing and sales performance goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, or related field; three years of marketing experience, including online marketing, web analytics, metrics, and digital optimization, and financial reporting; proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Test and Target, and Adobe Launch; and development experience with SAP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
