About the Team
Deployment Analyst: On the Foundation Tenant Service Team we primarily focus on helping our Medium Enterprise customers implement Workday, using our Launch deployment approach. We are looking for a proactive, innovative, energetic full-time Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position would have a passion for data, be extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to successfully interact with customers and the Workday implementation teams. You should be ready to be challenged and have fun!
About the Role
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the data gathering process to convert customer data into Workday.
- Educate customers on concepts to assist in decision making during their Workday journey.
- Understand client business requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation of those requirements collected during the transformation process.
- Configure the Workday solution to deliver the initial tenant. Analyze and creatively resolve issues as required. Transform customer data using Workday's data conversion tools.
- Participate actively to improve processes and exceed team goals.
- Collaborate with other internal Workday teams to develop and expand software tools for the Foundation Tenant Service.
- Become an expert in the Workday deployment methodology, Workday product suite foundation and data conversion tool set.
- Employ Workday's prescriptive approach to deploying software in all customer interactions.
- Complete the work assigned by the project manager within the budgeted time allocated.
- Provide an awesome customer experience to drive superior satisfaction scores.
- Participate in update training and other events to help share your best practices and product knowledge with other consultants.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Industry experience, 1 -2 years in a business environment i.e. HR, Finance, IT, Operations.
- Advanced Excel skills or data skills required.
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

- Quick learner, motivated to take on new challenges, and comfortable riding the wave of change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player with the ability to deal with a variety of situations.
- Excellent organizational, troubleshooting and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional research skills and resourcefulness.
- Strong technical aptitude and an appetite for new technology.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth, high-energy environment and deal with multiple high priority activities concurrently.
- Advanced Excel skills or data skills desired.
- College degree preferred.
