Defense Wargame Analyst, Senior
Key Role:

Serve as part of the Booz Allen Team that support Joint Warfighting Development for multiple combatant commands, services, and coalition partners. Coordinate with concept developers and wargame and exercise planners to design and execute events that analyze joint concepts in a wargame setting. Develop and refine data collection and analysis methodologies to ensure all test data collected is of sufficient quantity, quality, and relevancy to meet test objectives. Incorporate analysis methodologies and analysis requirements into data collection and analysis plans. Maintain detailed knowledge of problem statements, experiment issues, sub-issues and measures, and reports on any requirement for modifications. C ond uct post-event analysis and communicate key insights, including reports and briefings, to inform senior leadership and effect concept development. C ond uct final "white glove" te chn ical and content editing of decision papers, briefing products, and final reports for use by senior defense leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with DoD or U.S. Government agencies
  • 5+ years of experience with operating on a Combatant Command, Joint, Service, or higher headquarters staff
  • Experience with developing analytic framework and data collection plans for wargames or experiments, including qualitative and quantitative data sources, and multiple means and te chn iques for data collection
  • Ability to write and edit at an executive or flag officer level
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with senior government leadership and program managers
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with so cia l sciences, including psychology, sociology, history, political science, or economics
  • Ability to resp ond accurately and quickly to internal and external staff taskings, develop and coordinate detailed staff packages, develop concise reports for briefings, and deliver them to senior DoD leaders
  • Ability to interpret the intent of a client's needs effectively and help to shape and form the solution by leveraging team capabilities
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.
