Outreach is looking for a Deal Desk Analyst. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where they will help our sales team drive the rocket ship that is Outreach. We are seeking someone with an understanding of SaaS contract terms which they will use to guide sales to structure deals that maximize the benefits to both the customer and Outreach. The Deal Desk Analyst will gain familiarity with our product packaging and business policies and be an expert resource on how to position our products in a customer contract.

Location: This could be a remote position within the US. #LI-Remote

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Be the primary point of contact for sales team on quote and order form creation
• Gain familiarity with our product packaging and pricing policies and guide the sales team as they craft proposals for the customer
• Guide sales in creating customer pricing proposals using established policy
• Guide sales to maximize ARR on their deals
• Be an advocate for the sales team by representing them with other internal teams at Outreach
• Ensure adherence to our quote to contract processes while escalating any exceptions to the appropriate leaders

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Pricing or Contract Negotiation role
• Experience identifying standard and non-standard contract terms
• Experience in following approval processes to finalize decisions on non-standard contract terms
• Proven ability to own and drive deal structuring cycles to closure
• Experience in coordinating with different functions in a company
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Proficient in spreadsheets and documents
• Experience with SaaS contracting terms
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment
