Summary
Fast moving Managed Services company looking to add SQL Database Administrator to compliment exiting team with advanced production support experience. Candidate must have hands on experience supporting and troubleshooting production SQL environments, be self-motivated, and have good communication skills. Candidate should be able to articulate basic SQL environment structures, SQL components and SQL tools. Basic knowledge of how to manage SSRS Report Manager, SSIS Package management is preferable. Successful candidate will have experience working with customers providing support solutions for in-house and 3rd party application implementation and performance maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- SQL installation and configuration
- Performance Tuning and analysis
- Systems maintenance and monitoring
- Security and management
- Disaster Recovery
- Support for standalone and HA environments
- Patching
- Develop and maintain documentation and standards.
- Follow change management policies and procedures
- On-call rotation support.
***Target Salary: $80,000-$85,000***
