Database Engineer I

How will this role have an impact?

The Database Engineer I will play an integral role in providing efficient, quality data solutions to our internal business partners and our customers at Signify Health. The Engineer will be a part of a growing and evolving team that is expanding into new technologies and new solutions to streamline business processes.

This role will report to our Manager of Data Integration

What will you do?

• Research and analyze data issues and provide automated solutions
• Implement new technologies to enhance the optimization of current practices
• Provide valuable suggestions regarding new ideas and technologies

We are looking for someone with:

• 2+ years of experience as a Data or QA Engineer (BI experience preferred)
• Good understanding of T-SQL scripting including but not limited to stored procedures, functions and triggers
• Good documentation and technical writing skills
• Proven ability to analyze data and provide result to business stakeholders
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company success
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Healthcare-related discipline or related field or equivalent work experience
