What You’ll Do 

• Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
• Works with business users to define and analyze problems and align the most appropriate technical, application or configuration solutions.
• Solicits, develops, documents and manages requirements and provides detailed design and business rules to support the requirements throughout the project life cycle up to and through change control.
• Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.
• Reviews system test plans and system tests modules before implementation.
• Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, and training materials) and training for accuracy.
• Works with the user to select or create appropriate scenarios to test all results to determine whether system changes met project specifications; uses scenarios to assist the end user in acceptance testing.
• In upgrades, monitors production performance enhancements and system integrity with end-users.
• Develops detailed implementation and upgrade project plans in conjunction with other account team associates.
• Ensures that documentation is updated when change requests are approved for the project.
• Provides expert input on processes, procedures, or new approaches.
• Leads large scale or complex business systems and application upgrades/ enhancement development and installations.
• Evaluates user requirements for one or more specialized business applications and translates those needs into defined user assessment plans or specifications used in determining end-user business or technical needs.
• Technical expert in more than one business intelligence technology.
• Serves as a technical resource and mentor the entire organization
• Defines cost and time estimates for implementation/ development projects.
• Develops project plans, user acceptance test plans and communication plans for knowledge transfer to end-user.
• Creates business process flow charts for customer and technical review.
• Leads the business intelligence center of excellence across the company
• Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Serves as the subject matter expert and consulting resource for a functional area.
• Works on applications and business problems that are highly complex and diverse in scope and may include and project size, multiple applications, multiple I/T segments, contractors, global rollout, new technologies, new architectures.
• Manages large scale, global programs that contribute to the corporation’s success.
• Provides cost effective business systems and applications analysis in support of the development and implementation of business applications (Salesforce.com), includes evaluation, analysis, documentation of requirements, translation into proper system requirement specifications and configuration; formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both end-user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems, applications and industry requirements.
• Working closely with the business and across the Business Operations organization defining, delivering and supporting Salesforce.com solutions and supporting roadmaps.  
• Analyzes business requirements/processes and system integration considerations to determine appropriate technology solutions; Designs, codes, tests and documents applications based on system and user requirements.
• Using current technologies configures and performs testing and debugging of applications; Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
• Operates as a liaison between technical personnel and the appropriate end-user department; evaluates and translates end user needs and problems to technical associates and/or vendors where appropriate.
• Understands the business implications of technical solutions, and assists in defining and documenting the technology solutions to support any future business needs; and teaches end users new technology and enhancements using all appropriate communication tools as well as providing support for existing system.

• Develops project plans, user acceptance test plans and communication plans for knowledge transfer to end-user.

What You'll Need

• Expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, MS SQL, SSRS, and SAP Business Objects.
• Strong working knowledge in several critical functions among Sales Operations, Procurement, NPI, Product Marketing, Engineering, Accounting & Finance, Promotions / Opportunity management, Supply Chain Planning etc.
• Serves as a technical authority within the organization and with customers.
• Manages projects or customer relationships of critical importance.
• May be industry-wide authority.
• Develops advanced/leading-edge technologies and/or concepts.
• Creatively and strategically supports key business objectives.
• Develops innovative solutions, systems and products to support company objectives.
• Builds external alliances with customers and industry experts to gain and share information and industry trends.
• Advanced knowledge of and ability to put into practice commonly used SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Expertise in business analytics (descriptive & predictive), statistics, and data discovery.
• Strong working knowledge in the MS SharePoint core functionality, administration, development platform stack, design principles and best practices to inform optimal solution designs for custom application development using the SharePoint platform.
• Strong working knowledge in MS SQL Server BI and components to inform optimal solution designs for custom reporting solutions using MS SQL Server BI Edition.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Advanced functional and Configuration experience working with CRM, particularly Salesforce.com.
• Knowledge of and ability to put into practice commonly used Agile SDLC methodology.

• B. S. degree in a relevant major
• 10+ years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 8+ years relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of system development methodology, project management, analytical/problem solving skills and relevant business and technology skills.
