 So what do I have to do to join?  

• Manage the delivery of Data & Analytic Solutions including: Data Warehouses, Data Integrations, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Visualization & Reporting, Data Science 
• Manage the delivery of Modern Data Solutions including: Big Data, Data Lake, and Data Vaults 
• Manage the delivery of Cloud base Data Solutions using platforms including: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform 
• Lead the execution solution delivery using agile practices  
• Leverage relationships with colleagues, partners and clients to build thought leadership and conceptualize new offerings  
• Discover client needs by conducting stakeholder interviews, performing data profiling, and process mapping  
• Define data and reporting requirements using Epics and User Stories  
• Understand conceptual and logical data models for incoming data sets 
• Define, execute and manage thorough data and analytics testing: Unit, QA, and UAT testing 
• Identify insights that answer client questions and solve business problems  
• Present findings to the client in a way that is engaging and tells a story of how data impacts their business

Experience:  

• 5+ years of Management Consulting experience with a focus on data analysis  
• Experience leading teams of functional and technical resources to deliver on client demands 
• Experience managing a budget  
• Experience with data exploration/visualization tools (such as Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.) 
• Skilled presenter comfortable with   clients and stakeholders  
• Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the-box solutions  
• Organized, detailed oriented, and can manage multiple projects at the same time  
• Excellent communication skills  
• Comfortable working in fast paced environments, ability to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
