We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (MLE) to help us create artificial intelligence products. He/she will collaborate with product manager, product solution architect, tech leads and multi-disciplinary engineers to define, develop and deploy an actual production solution that uses AI/ML. Responsibilities include:
Designing and developing MLOps for machine learning and deep learning systems for NLP applications according to requirements
Implementing appropriate ML algorithms
Running machine learning tests and experiments
Train and retrain systems when necessary
Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results
Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks
Study and transform data science prototypes
Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods
Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools
Keep up to date of developments and best practices in the field

About The Team
As a member of the of the Machine Learning Engineering group, you'll be responsible for evaluating large data science models and optimizing them to be deployed while ensuring code efficiency, including but not limited to data engineering, basic hyper parameter tuning, troubleshooting data & model drift. In addition, the team is accountable for maintaining, training, monitoring, scaling, and improving machine learning solutions in production through MLOps while establishing robust documentation standards. We are currently focused on building engineering solutions focused on the domains of associate relations, finance, and global governance. You'll operate as a trusted advisor as it relates to efficiencies and best practices. As a member of the team, you'll be able to say that you work for the world's largest retailer and contribute to the development to best-in-class methodologies that help lead the next retail disruption.
