The Limeade Reporting team is looking for a data quality analyst to join our new and growing team.  This team owns all customer-facing reporting and delivers delightful user experiences built on strong technology.  You'll collaborate closely with many facets of the business, from data engineers and product managers to front-end developers, the research & development institute, and strategic and technical account managers.  You will serve a key role in helping our customers to make solid data-informed decisions.


Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and maintain alerting on large datasets to determine data quality and integrity
  • Evaluate system performance and design, as well as their effects on data quality
  • Collaborate with data engineers and database administrators to improve data collection and storage processes
  • Run and debug data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions; be an expert at finding and fixing the "edge cases"
  • Document all the things: data definitions, requirements, usage, processes, etc.
  • Keep up with the latest developments and trends in data quality analysis
  • Be part of our team! Actively collaborate and engage in building a product that helps employees know their company cares.


Qualifications:

  • Ability to demonstrate our values in an on-going and consistent way
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and SQL
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Advanced problem-solving skills. Look for non-obvious connections and creative solutions.
  • Experience with some kind of data monitoring tool, such as Tableau's alerting systems
  • Communicate effectively and with care, especially translating technical and complicated concepts to not-so-technically-minded folks
  •
