Responsible for the organization & flow of all department recipe data; the integrity, accuracy, completeness & timeliness of that data as well as the entry of that data into the hosting systems in coordination with the maintenance schedule and policies. The position is based in the Global Offices in Austin, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Enters data for multiple regions into hosting systems in accordance with the maintenance schedule and policies.
  • Able to triage requests and prioritize tasks in order to meet the service level agreements.
  • Identifies and corrects data inconsistencies.
  • Supports team efforts to evaluate and understand process-related work issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of hosting & downstream systems.
  • Effectively communicates with multiple regions, ensuring accurate and efficient use of shared systems.
  • Provides the highest level of customer service to our business partners.
  • Attends meetings as scheduled.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned and other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Microsoft Office, including Excel software knowledge and technical aptitude required.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze item/category data.
  • Ability to effectively manage large volumes of information according to defined parameters and schedules.
  • Able to embrace change with enthusiasm and work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in one-on-one interaction, meeting/group participation/presentation situations involving peers, partner teams, leaders and customers.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Desired Work Experience

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent and a 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Supply chain, data operations, purchasing and/or operations in retail grocery.
  • Working knowledge of hosting and downstream systems.
