Job Description

DATA OPS ANALYST - COSTAR REAL ESTATE MANAGER - ATLANTA, GA

OVERVIEW

CoStar Real Estate Manager (CREM) is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join a highly motivated team that is responsible for the daily operations of CoStar's data environments. The ideal candidate enjoys tackling complex problems and excels at collaborating with customers and internal teams. Will be responsible for solving challenging and time-sensitive production issues focused on CoStar/Customer integrations. Must have an understanding of database environments, ETL and triage tools. Enjoys solving problems and making our customer successful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serves as liaison for customers for professional service and support requests
  • Troubleshoot simple and complex integration errors / issues with assistance
  • Analyze and maintain integration processes, procedures and requirements
  • Developed understanding with database technology with proficiency in dealing with data formats including Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and other formats
  • Coordinate with Client Services Team members to ensure adherence to SLA requirements
  • Support all work management and quality control processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in requirements gathering, gaining customer approval, execution, testing and delivery of professional services requests for CoStar Real Estate Manager Customers' integrations with assistance from lead or Manager.
  • Work in coordination with Business Relationship Managers to expand customer adoption

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree - Completed
  • Be available for "ON-CALL" support
  • Education or experience with SQL Server writing advanced SELECT and UPDATE statements. Can read SQL Procedures/ SQL Server Jobs and get the general idea of function.
  • Proficient in requirements gathering, gaining customer approval, execution, testing and delivery of professional services requests for CoStar Real Estate Manager Customers with minor assistance when needed.
  • Analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in dealing with database technology including MS SQL Server, ETL Tools (SSIS or equivalent), Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and other formats
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to benefit the organization and maintain client satisfaction. Also, must have the ability to see consequences of choices for solutions provided.
  • Possess technical understanding of Web-based application environments, be proficient in Microsoft Office Professional
  • Proficient with customer management tools, Salesforce / TFS

PREFERRED QUALIFCATIONS AND SKILLS (Nice to haves)

  • Proficient in using Costar software
  • Proven ability to train and mentor others in this position
  • Experience with commercial real estate - knowledge of real estate industry specific business processes
