The Opportunity

This position within the CFO Group is responsible for building and managing data and necessary infrastructure to support enterprise-wide operational expense (OPEX) and headcount analysis, forecasting and executive reporting. Candidate should demonstrate a strong background in business analytics and intelligence, data management, logic and problem-solving skills, finance aptitude, and meet technical qualifications.

The Work Itself

  • Build and manage data infrastructure to support comprehensive financial planning and analysis for enterprise operating expenses, including enterprise headcount and all operating expense drivers
  • Extract large amounts of data from systems/source, manage (manipulate, store, distill) the data, and producing informative data analytics for leadership
  • Design and build dashboards in Power BI for executive presentation and decision making
  • Strong collaboration within FP&A, IT and other support functions to deliver on CFO objectives, including CFO's multi year finance transformation efforts
  • Solicit, manage and deliver on data analytics and reporting requirements for various stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Lead ad hoc analytical projects as required
  • Work effectively in a cross-functional team



The Skills You Bring

  • BS/BBA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, MIS or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and data management
  • 2+ years of experience in visual analytics tools, PowerBI preferred
  • 2+ years of programing experience in SQL, SAS or Python; ability to write scripts to build data tables and produce reports
  • Experience with process optimization and reporting automation required
  • Executive level reporting and communication; ability to display large amounts of quantitative data in a simple, intuitive, and concise manner
  • Proven experience and working knowledge in extracting large amounts of data from source, managing the data, and producing informative data analytics for leadership
  • System experience with Hyperion, SAP, OneStream preferred
  • Experience with financial planning, workforce planning, compensation planning, or other related human resource field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative
  • Ability to work in a complex matrix organization and to operate in ambiguity
