Data Integrity Analyst
SUMMARY
Data Integrity is the primary point of contact providing problem resolution and ad hoc analytical support to the organization related to article / site master data, regular, clearance and promotional pricing, and article / site assortment assignments (listing) in stores. Along with supporting stores, the department works cross functionally with all Store Support Center departments, joann.com and the distribution centers. Data Integrity is responsible for maintenance, auditing and accuracy of article / site master data elements within SAP retail system. In addition, the department coordinates the execution of permanent price changes for all sales channels, brick & mortar and eCommerce. Data Integrity/Quality impacts 800+ stores, 4 DCs, and multiple cross-functional Store Support Center partners include Marketing, Inventory Management, IT, eCommerce, Inventory Control, Store Operations, Logistics and Accounts Payable.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
- Analyze, evaluate and execute permanent price changes and promotional pricing in SAP for stores.
- Analyze and resolve ad hoc requests on issues from internal customers or stores related to article / site master data, pricing, or assortment assignment (listing).
- Audit and analyze key master data elements to identify exceptions needing corrective action; perform on a scheduled basis (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly).
- Support IT department through requirements analysis, testing and validation of SAP changes and upgrades as it relates to release management and process improvements.
- Provide on-board and ongoing training to new hires within Merchandising and Inventory Management.
- Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects/ analysis as directed, including weekend on call rotation for store pricing issues.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Education Minimum: 4 year Bachelor's degree, ideally in Business or Information Systems
- Experience Minimum: 0-2 years of analytical work experience in a related field and/ or previous retail or customer service experience
- Experience Preferred: 3+ years SAP Retail or other business systems experience, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
