Introduction
At IBM, work is more than a job - it's a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you've never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world's most challenging problems? If so, lets talk.
Your Role and Responsibilities
The position is for a hands-on data engineer who will provide full-time, on-site support wrangling, curating, enriching and aggregating data from multiple classified databases, repositories and APIs into a common schema using a combination of custom, open source, and off-the-shelf (GOTS/COTS) software packages. They will enhance data enrichment functionality based on rapidly evolving mission needs and technology opportunities.
The current project ingests data from multiple databases across the Intelligence Community and DOJ into neo4j and MySQL databases and provides a modern, interactive UI/UX to enable clients to query and analyze the aggregate data to support investigative work.
